Manage Your Calendar

Did you know that you can easily import your existing calendars into Podz? Whether it’s your busy work schedule or cherished personal events, Podz seamlessly brings all your appointments together in one place.

Here are step-by-step instructions:

Open the Podz app and choose your Family pod
If you do not yet have any events in Podz, you’ll see a message on the home page to ‘Import an existing calendar.’
*Note: you can also press the calendar icon on the top left of the screen, and choose ‘Import Calendar’
Make sure to allow access to your Calendar when prompted
On the Synchronize Calendars screen:
Press the ‘Select Calendar’ drop down under ‘Import Calendars’
Select the calendars you want to import (a check box will appear)
After selecting, press the ‘Import selected Calendars’ button
Choose attendees for the imported events (e.g., it can be you or any family member)
Press on the ‘Select Attendees’ dropdown
Select attendees by pressing on them (a check box will appear)
Press ‘Choose these attendees’
Select the Date Range you want to import, and press ‘Synchronize’

That’s it - you are off and running!
