At Podz, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and comply with all applicable laws regarding its detection, reporting, and removal.

What is CSAM?

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers to any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (under 18). This includes photos, videos, illustrations, or any content that portrays or implies the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. Possession, creation, or distribution of CSAM is illegal.

Our Commitment

• Zero Tolerance: CSAM is strictly prohibited. Users found engaging in such activity will be banned and reported to law enforcement.

• No Automated Scanning: Podz does not currently use automated detection technologies to identify CSAM. We rely on user reports and manual review.

• Manual Review: All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. If CSAM is confirmed, content is removed and the user is banned. Relevant authorities are notified as required.

How to Report Suspected CSAM

If you suspect that content on Podz violates this policy or may contain CSAM, report it immediately by emailing:

Please include the following information in your report:

1. The email address you use to log into Podz

2. The name of the pod where the content appears

3. The date the content was posted

This information helps us locate and respond to the issue as quickly as possible.

Legal Cooperation

Podz cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), to report and investigate confirmed CSAM.

Ongoing Safety Measures

As Podz continues to grow, we are actively exploring additional technologies and tools to enhance the detection and prevention of abusive content. Our priority is maintaining a safe space for all users.
